The concept of our new label "Rabbit Record" is to respect the diversity of music and the creativity of artists to the fullest extent. We promote the exploration of music without being bound by genres, providing a free space for artists to express themselves. Leveraging the music production experience and commercial music knowledge we have cultivated, we focus on bringing out the individuality of artists. Rabbit Record prioritizes protecting the rights of artists. We offer transparent contracts to ensure that artists receive fair compensation for their work, countering the opaque contracts and unfair revenue sharing that plague the music industry. Additionally, we provide an environment where artists can focus on their creative work freely, supporting them in delivering the messages embedded in their works directly to listeners. Our label also leverages technology to build a platform where artists and listeners can interact in new ways. By harnessing the power of digital music, we cultivate a community where music fans and artists from around the world can connect and share inspiration. For listeners, we offer the experience of discovering new music and enjoying the stories behind it. Rabbit Record seeks to pave the way for the future of music, providing a place where artists can work with peace of mind and exploring the limitless potential of music together. Kojoh Tubasa
Sound Director, Engineer, Composer
Influenced by his father, who listened to Eric Clapton and John Mayer, Kojoh Tubasa aspired to pursue a career in music from an early age. He studied under Ichiro Tanaka (Kai Band) during high school. In 2015, he entered Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, where he studied music theory and the history of popular music, and was tutored in composition and arrangement by Masao Akashi (ZARD, B'z). Alongside his studies, he started working on compositions and recordings. During his time at university, he gained experience by participating in major label music production. He later expanded his activities to include working with numerous VTubers, including major VTubers such as Kanade Izuru (Holostars) and Kizuna AI. In 2024, he became an artist under Rabbit Record.
Pedro Basil
Since his student days, Pedro Basil has been creating original music, and at the age of 19, he was scouted by a music agency after making it to the final selection of the AXIA Artist Audition. He actively performed live with the support of top studio musicians. Later, he was approached by multiple labels, both major and indie, with contract offers, but feeling uneasy about commercial-based music activities, he left the agency. He then embarked on a 25+ year journey of self-discovery. Personal Life: 4th dan in Kyokushin Karate. Training for participation in Breaking Down.
ichi_yo
Guitarist, Composer, Arranger, Guitar Instructor
At the age of 15, ichi_yo was inspired by Queen and decided to pursue a career in music. While studying classical guitar, music theory, arrangement, and conducting at university, he also began composing and performing in sessions. In 2015, he moved to Tokyo and studied under Kenji Kitajima (FENCE OF DEFENSE). He gained experience in live performances and recordings with artists such as Nana Mizuki, Junko Yagami, and Naomi Tamura. In 2020, he released his first EP, 'Light to Light,' as an artist under the name 'ichi_yo.' The EP, a classic guitar instrumental work, was well-received for its catchy melodies. He has actively performed live and has shared the stage with top musicians such as Hiroki Ito (Tatsuro Yamashita), Takashi Yafu (Sadao Watanabe), and Takanori Nitta (Trans-Siberian Orchestra). Since then, he has worked on film music and corporate PR songs. In 2021, he became a dedicated instructor at GUITAR LINE, where he conducts over 1,000 lessons annually, focusing on nurturing new talent.
Miyu Otose
Vocalist
I love singing and dancing. I believe that simply having a passion for these activities isn't enough to stand on a big stage, so I've been seriously pursuing my music career. I take vocal and guitar lessons and am currently working on creating original songs and recording them. Although many of these endeavors are new and unfamiliar to me, I'm putting in my all to achieve my dream of performing at Budokan. My goal as an artist is to create a fun atmosphere and share precious moments with my fans, making them feel happy and motivated after attending my live performances.
